DESCRIPTION
Huntington Square is a forthcoming 48-unit apartment complex for low-income seniors and homeless senior veterans, including those with chronic homelessness and mental health challenges. The mix includes 17 studios, 30 one-bedrooms, and a two-bedroom unit for the property manager. Aimed at providing stability and services to those in need, its modern design complements the neighborhood and targets LEED Gold Certification for sustainability. This affordable housing development will be made possible by financing by City National Bank, LACDA, CalHFA, HCD, SNHP and LACDA, and Merritt Capital. Services will be provided by ACOF in partnership with the LA County Department of Mental Health and the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
