DESCRIPTION

Vendome Plams is a 13.8 million dollar project located in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. Vendome Palms is a rehabilitation and reconfiguration of an older brick building into a 36-unit affordable housing development for single adults living with a mental illness, including individuals who have been chronically homeless. It consists of 33 studios, 2 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom units.
