Ms. Keane is Counsel with the law firm Park & Velayos, LLP, specializing in entitlements and approvals for development projects, including affordable and supportive housing projects. She previously spent 18 years in local government in various capacities, developing deep and broad experience spanning land use, development, affordable housing, and related regulatory, compliance, and implementation matters. Ms. Keane joined ACOF’s Board in May 2026.
