DESCRIPTION

Rayen Apartments is a 15 million dollar collaboration between A Community of Friends and Penny Lane Centers located in North Hills, completed in 2009. The four-story, newly-constructed, 49-unit apartment building includes 21 studios, five (5) one-bedroom, eight (8) two-bedroom, and 15 three-bedroom apartments for low income families and formerly homeless emancipated foster youth graduating from transitional housing facilities.
