DESCRIPTION

Woodland Terrace is a 12.5 million dollar newly-constructed 30-unit building completed in 2007. The building consists of 1 one-bedroom, 19 two-bedroom and 11 three-bedroom units in the North HIlls neighborhood of Los Angeles for formerly homeless families with a mental health diagnosis.

Two courtyards, a children’s play lot, community room, computer room, laundry facilities, a community garden and  barbecue area.
