DESCRIPTION

Villas at Gower is a 29.7 million dollar 70-unit new-construction supportive housing development, located in Hollywood for homeless individuals and families living with mental illness. It consists of 13 studios, 35 one-bedroom and 22 two-bedroom units.

AMENITIES

Laundry facilities, free high speed internet, a large flexible community room, gallery space and multiple decks. Villas at Gower is United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED® Platinum certified. Environmentally sensitive green building materials and systems include: drought tolerant plants, a solar thermal hot water heating system, filtered HVAC system, and flow restrictors for all faucets in the building.
