DESCRIPTION

Santos Plaza Apartments is a 6 million dollar project completed in July 2006. Santos Plaza is a 36 SRO and 1 two-bedrooom unit, large-scale renovation of a building that is home to formerly homeless individuals living with mental illness. Santos Plaza is one of two buildings in the San-West Health & Housing Collaborative, a pilot program that integrates primary care with mental health services, alcohol and drug addiction services and case management in permanent supportive housing.

AMENITIES

An interior courtyard, a ground floor lounge as well as a third-floor community space in the “tower room,” a computer room and two laundry rooms.
