Osborne Place is a 21.7 million dollar, 64-unit newly-constructed apartment complex located in the Pacoima area of the San Fernando Valley. It is comprised of 29 studios, 6 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom, and 13 three-bedroom apartments of which 5 are townhomes. Osborne Place is home to families and adults who have been homeless and have a diagnosed mental illness.
