NEW DIRECTIONS SEPULVEDA II
DESCRIPTION
New Directions Sepulveda II is a 23.7 million dollar project developed at the same time as New Directions Sepulveda I. It is an adaptive-reuse of Building 5 on the grounds of the Veterans Affairs (VA) Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center in North Hills. The project converted the underutilized building into 73 studio units reserved for formerly homeless veterans living with a disability.
AMENITIES
A community room, laundry facilities, and access to all the services and amenities in the adjacent New Directions Sepulveda I building. The project utilizes the latest energy efficient systems and processes to achieve a United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED® Gold Certification.
