Mr. Menzer is a nationally recognized Partner with the law firm Cox Castle & Nicholson, LLP. Mr. Menzer represents investors and developers in all aspects of real estate developments, with substantial expertise in land use regulation and obtaining entitlements for real estate development projects, including residential development mixed use projects, development agreements, and compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Mr. Menzer joined ACOF’s Board in June 2008.
