Kalmia is a forthcoming 30 unit permanent supportive housing apartment complex. There will be 8 units reserved for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) and 21 units reserved for households at-risk of homelessness. This 4-story building will offer an elevator as well as a wide set of amenities.
