Homekey Vanowen

DESCRIPTION

Vanowen is a Project Homekey 2.0 project involving the conversion of an existing vacant 101-unit market-rate multifamily building into a 99-unit permanent supportive housing development. Of the 99 permanent supportive housing units, 35 will be reserved for Transitional Age Youth (TAY), and 64 will be reserved for households at-risk of homelessness. This 7-story building will offer an elevator to facilitate handicap accessibility for our tenants. This affordable housing development will be made possible by financing from HCD Project Homekey, HACLA Project-Based Vouchers, and LAHD and Raza Development Fund. We are excited to welcome tenants into their new homes soon!
