Homekey Baldwin Park

DESCRIPTION

Baldwin Park is a Project Homekey which will consist of 2 studio apartments, 33 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit set aside for the property manager. This housing development project will include 35 permanent supportive housing units targeting individuals who are homeless, at-risk of homelessness, homeless with a mental disability, and/or chronically homeless. The building is designed as a two-story building, with amenities such as a community room, property management and services offices, laundry facilities, community garden, BBQ and picnic area and gathering space, walking paths, and landscaped sitting area. This affordable housing development will be made possible by financing from LA County Homekey. Together we are creating brighter futures and stronger communities.
