DESCRIPTION

Firestone Phoenix is a 44-unit supportive housing development. Twenty of the supportive housing units are for veterans who have been homeless, people who have been chronically homeless, and people who have been homeless and live with a disability. Sixteen of the supportive housing units are for families who have been homeless. Seven (7) apartments are for low-income families and one (1) is a manager’s unit.

AMENITIES

Community room and kitchen, computer room, laundry rooms, outdoor lounges, community garden and children’s play area. Designed to meet high environmental standards, Firestone Phoenix has LEED Gold Certification.
