Estrella Azul will be a 4-story, 79 unit, Acquisition/Rehab and New Construction, affordable housing development for people experiencing homelessness, including chronic homelessness who have extremely low to low income.

AMENITIES

The property will feature on-site shared laundry rooms, a community room, a fitness room, a TV room, a computer lab, a bicycle storage room, and space for on-site supportive services such as case management offices, and a conference room. Outdoors, tenants will have access to community garden planters, bbq grills, picnic tables, benches, and a small dog run for their pets.
