Ms. Garcia is a Healthcare Financing consultant and a licensed real estate agent. She is an experienced administrator with extensive background in the areas of health and healthcare, finance, and human resources for both the public and nonprofit sector. Ms. Garcia joined ACOF’s Board in February 2009.
