DESCRIPTION

Avalon Apartments is a 20.3 million dollar new construction supportive housing development in the Willowbrook area. The unit mix consists of 55 units that includes 13 one-bedrooms, 22 two-bedrooms, and 20 three-bedrooms. The project is home to both low-income families and individuals and families who have been homeless and have a diagnosed mental illness.

AMENITIES

A community room with a kitchen, a multipurpose computer room, adult and children’s recreation areas, a satellite health clinic, laundry facilities, and abundant outdoor space with community garden plots.
