Ana Habet

Ana Habet joined A Community of Friends in August 2023 and serves as the Director of Property Management. Ana is responsible for overseeing day to day operations for 17 properties in the Los Angeles and Riverside County area. In addition, Ana oversees all lease-up operations and efforts for projects in our pipeline expanding to Ventura County. Ana has 20 years of property management experience ranging from market rate to affordable housing with a focus on Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD sites. She currently serves on the Ethics Committee with the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute as well as a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor with the National Apartment Association. Ana is well-versed in multiple real estate markets across the United States.
