Allen Freeman, Board Chair and Chair of the Executive Committee
Mr. Freeman is a real estate consultant with Baker Tilly Advisors where he assists clients in the areas of real estate valuation, development feasibility, diligence and strategy. Previously, Allen was a Managing Director in EY’s real estate valuation and advisory practice and worked in multifamily real estate development. He joined ACOF’s Board in June 2007 and was elected chair in June 2021.
