DESCRIPTION

Arlington Square is a 18 million dollar new construction apartment building. The development consists of 24 studio units, 23 one-bedroom units, and 1 two-bedroom manager’s unit. Arlington Square is a 100% special needs community serving individuals who were homeless and living with a disability, with 35% of the units reserved for veterans, and 20% of the units reserved for people living with HIV/AIDS.

AMENITIES

A community room with a kitchen and television/lounge area, fitness center, picnic and barbecue area, on-site laundry rooms, and lushly landscaped courtyard. Arlington Square is designated United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED® Gold.
