DESCRIPTION
Vista Nueva Apartments is ACOF’s first multi-family development for homeless families where the head of the household has a mental illness. The building has been honored with several awards including the Gold Nugget Award in 2000 for Best Apartment Project in the Pacific Rim comprised of 4 stories or more, and the Metropolitan Life Foundation Award in 2003 for Excellence in Affordable Housing.
AMENITIES
Vista Nueva has 30 Family units and a child care center, a computer room, BBQ grills, a roof deck, various outdoor deck areas above street level, a community room, and laundry room.
