AWARDS
ACOF’s commitment to excellence has been affirmed with over 50 awards and honors for innovation, design, and environmental sustainability. We have been awarded multiple accolades from Affordable Housing Finance Magazine, the American Institute of Architects, the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles, the Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing, The Kennedy Commission, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Our buildings are frequently honored as Projects of the Year, and we are proud to have been inducted into the California Housing Consortium’s Hall of Fame and to have had one of our buildings recognized by the California Building Industry Association and the Leading Builders of America as the Best Apartment Project in the Pacific Rim.
