WHAT IS PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING?

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) provides affordable rental housing combined with supportive services for people with disabilities experiencing chronic homelessness. Unlike shelters or transitional housing, PSH has no time limit on length of stay and offers subsidized rents along with access to services such as case management, mental health recovery, independent living support, health services, family programming, and employment readiness training.
