39 WEST APARTMENTS
DESCRIPTION
39 West Apartments is a 34-unit building comprised of studios apartments that house 33 formerly homeless individuals living with mental illness. All of the tenants are also dually diagnosed. 39 West is one of two buildings in the San-West Health & Housing Collaborative, a pilot program that integrates primary care with mental health services, alcohol and drug addiction services and case management in permanent supportive housing.
