Can’t attend the event but still want to make an impact? Your donation to A Community of Friends goes directly to ending homelessness for people living with mental illness through the provision of quality permanent supportive housing. Many people choose to give from their assets – stocks, gifts from their IRA, and grants from Donor Advised Funds – to see even larger tax savings.
LAST YEAR’S EVENT
On June 5th, 2024, ACOF’s Awards Celebration honored three exceptional individuals: Celebrity Chef & Veteran Andre Rush, who received the Advocacy Award; ACOF Tenant & Community Volunteer Robert Jones, recognized with the Achievement Award; and Journalist Anna Scott, honored with our inaugural Media Award. The event, at VALENTINE DTLA, featured Actress Devin Sidell as the host and music by DJ Tyler Boudreaux.
